CUSTOMERS:
CUSTOMER LOGIN ID: clientmeilabels.com
CUSTOMER PW: upload

Customers can upload art files to M.E.I. Labels ftp site listed above.  Remember it is new to everyone so there might be some testing involved on the first few that need to be done.

1. Password is case sensitive
2. If you can't log on using internet browser you may need to use a FTP program (Mac=Fetch?)
3. Have customer upload art files to the upload folder
4. If files will not upload may need to try removing all spaces in file name.
5. Customers will be able to see files in our FTP Site
6. Customers will not have access to deleting files that have been placed on the FTP Site.
7. Have customer let sales know when it has been completed so they may relay this to the Art Department and only when it has been completed. (Sales may log on using their login info to check if files are actually there. I do not recommend sales to login using customer login. May corrupt files by accident and customer will have to start over)
